Who provides the service

What VIP includes

Access to the private VIP members-only Telegram group, all daily signals published by Apex Elite FX, and additional analysis of market conditions, key levels and possible future scenarios. A Telegram account and internet connection are required. Signals depend on market conditions; there is no promised minimum number of trades or signals each day.

The trading journal helps you record and review trades. Automatic broker imports are currently an owner pilot; access for other members is not yet available and is not promised as a working feature at launch.

Price and monthly renewal

The offer price is £49 per month in GBP, reduced from the regular £99 monthly price, charged in advance through Stripe and renewed monthly until cancelled. The £49 rate continues until further notice and is guaranteed for at least your first three months. There is no automatic increase to £99 after month three and no minimum three-month commitment. Apex Elite FX is not VAT registered and does not add VAT. There is no joining fee. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies, with an opportunity to cancel before the new price is charged.

Cancelling your renewal

You can request cancellation by emailing support from your membership email address. Include your name and ask to cancel your VIP renewal; do not send card details or passwords. Where a cancellation control is available in your membership account, you may also use it.

Cancellation of renewal stops the next recurring charge. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Leaving the Telegram group or deleting Telegram does not cancel your subscription. If you believe a payment was taken after you cancelled, contact support with the cancellation date.

Cooling-off rights and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Where the statutory cooling-off right applies, you may cancel within 14 days of entering the contract without giving a reason. Contact support with a clear cancellation request. If you expressly request services to begin during that period, a proportionate charge for services already supplied may apply only where legally permitted and explained before purchase. Simply joining Telegram does not itself waive your rights.

Cancelling a future renewal is different from requesting a refund. Contact support if the service is unavailable, not as described, or you believe you are entitled to a refund. Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. No blanket “no refunds” policy applies.

Payments and group access

Membership access depends on a verified payment and the paid-through date. An unsuccessful renewal does not extend the paid period. When the paid period ends, VIP access may be removed. Contact support if payment has succeeded but access is missing. Telegram invitations are personal; do not share invitations or use another person’s membership.

Trading risk and responsible use

Trading, including leveraged forex and gold products, involves a high risk of loss. Signals and forecasts can be wrong; previous results do not guarantee future performance. Commentary does not take your personal financial circumstances into account. You decide whether to trade and remain responsible for your account and risk settings. The website does not execute trades or manage your funds.

Keep the community respectful. Do not scam, harass other members or redistribute paid content without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
